Bunbury Harvey Regional Council (BHRC) manages waste for the City of Bunbury and the Shire of Harvey in the south west region of Western Australia. The Council is a statutory local government authority that delivers effective, efficient and environmentally sound waste management practices.
The primary purpose of BHRC is waste recovery and disposal. It is not responsible for waste collection services, which remain the responsibility of the individual Councils’.
BHRC owns and manages the Stanley Road Waste Management Facility, which encompasses a waste transfer station, greenwaste recycling and a Class II landfill site.

After the Premiers announcement of no new community COVID cases today, we will be resuming full services at Stanley Road Waste Management Facility when we open tomorrow morning Saturday the 6th of February.

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Saturday to Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Public Holidays 8:00am to 5:00pm
Container Deposit Scheme Operating Hours:
7 days a week 9:00am to 4:30pm
Trash and Treasure Shop Opening Hours:
7 days a week 9:00am to 4:00pm
